Comfortable beds and a clean room made for a pleasant stay. The 15-minute walk to the nearest U-Bahn was inconvenient.

I had a good time staying here! The breakfast was impressive, with a great variety of options, and my room was spacious and comfortable, especially with usable amenities like the mini fridge. the pillows were quite uncomfortable for my taste.

The hotel's overall experience was less than satisfying. I couldn't help but notice the dirty bathroom counters and a shower that overflowed- disgusting! I also woudl ve been thrilled to receive some complimentary gesture for my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't!

We had a good stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel to others. Perfectly clean, good value venue, its location was magnificent and right by Englischer Garten and other parks or attractions and a metro station and nearby Esso...  

I did not like it's location it was far from the underground station and no bus station is near.

Staff were nice and pro made my stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the location was quite far from public transport, and I found the room to be outdated with insufficient power outlets. The lack of nearby dining options made it difficult to find meals without significant travel. The accessibility issues with the room layout added further inconvenience.

Rooms are freshly decorated, and we had great deal on price.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with a spacious and comfortable room. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety that catered to every taste.

The nearby metro station was quite a distance away, making public transport less convenient after a long day.

Bikes awailable to use, excellent! Good and friendly service both at the reception and breakfast.

We had to wait until two o'clock to get the room. No chance for late check out, eventhought it seemed that hotel was not full booked like it was said (not so many people at the breakfast). Room was also rather small but modern and clean.

Very clean and comfortable rooms, generally exceeding the Holiday Inn standard. It was also a short walk to the subway line.
